Recently, the second phase of a cold storage project for a well-known brand in Langfang was fully delivered. This cold storage is the first five-star cold chain distribution center in Langfang and North China, and also one of the largest and most modernized cold storages in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and North China.
It is worth mentioning that the "Haier Carrier Intelligent Management System" (hereinafter referred to as " Intelligent System") has effectively improved the quality and progress of the project. The visualization of the entire process management makes it possible for the operation to be worry-free.

Project Features:
1. Highly integrated refrigeration system:
o Requires the oil balance of the racks between high- and low-pressure stages, and normal start and stop of each unit under low-load conditions.
o Three temperature zones of -25°C, -18°C, and 1-7°C share one refrigeration system, which makes the system more refined.

Two-stage coupling refrigeration system, customized to meet the needs of multiple working conditions and temperature zones:
a. A two-stage system with multiple racks. The high-pressure section takes into account the two-stage coupling of the high-pressure stage and the high-temperature storage.
b. A two-stage refrigeration system with once throttling and intermediate full cooling is used to reduce the low-pressure stage discharge temperature, overcool of the high-pressure stage liquid, and reduce flashing gas. The operating efficiency is higher than that of the traditional systems and is more energy efficient.
c. Multiple working conditions of -25°C/-18°C/1-7°C share one refrigeration system, which makes the system more refined.
Switching between two temperature zones: Reduces the number of pipes and valves, optimizes the system, and facilitates operation and maintenance.
Multiple oil return methods: U tube, E-jector, shell and tube separator oil return, high- and low-pressure stage oil separator automatic oil balance, and automatic oil balance by high- and low-pressure stage oil pump .
Independent pipelines for multiple working conditions of -25°C/-18°C/1-7°C:
a. Each working condition runs independently without interfering each other.
b. The corresponding equipment is turned on for different working conditions.
c. Compressors between working conditions can be used as spares.
