Size: Cooling area 15,000m2, temperature coverage: 1~5℃, 10~15℃, 7~10°c, -6~15°℃, -18°℃, -35°℃

Stepless adjustment screw compressor

 

Processing and staging area adopts stepless adjustment screw parallel racks in order to meet the demands of various warehouse districts and high temperature accuracy requirements.

 

Traditional solution

Parallel unit of multiple compressor heads, manage by magnetic valves or compressors using level 3/4 energy adjustment.

Adjustment range of single compressor: 25%~100%, adjustment range of rack: 8.3%~100%

Stepless adjustment is able to continuously add or reduce load and avoid frequent start and stop of compressor to guarantee the system stability

Low temperature and high humidity thawing room - inverter CDU

 

Traditional solution

Air thawing and water thawing between 10℃ and 15℃

Soaking meat in running water of 12℃ will cause loss of hemoglobin and color change of meat

Uncontrollable temperature and humidity will cause mass reproduction of microbes like harmful bacterium and affect shelf life of the finished products

Provide constant temperature water by heat recovery

 

Project highlights

The project integrates automatic low-temperature and high-humidity steam thawing system

It runs a specific thawing procedure for different objects (mutton/beef/pork/chicken, duck and aquatic products), and ensures product temperatures are consistent after thawing

Efficiently reduces thawing time, equipment energy consumption and avoids process loss

Inverter makes sure product temperatures are consistent after thawing. Which at the same time reduces thawing time, equipment energy consumption and process loss, and saves space in the workshop.

Customized parallel condensing unit

 

4 separate vacuum coolers

Cold water to circulate each cooler: 20m3/h

Inlet water temperature is 7℃ and outlet temperature is 9.5℃

Cooling capacity required for each cooler is 60KW and 240KW in total

Integrated Haier Carrier customized parallel condenser unit and evaporative condenser unit meet the pre-cooling needs with efficiency and reliability.
